Meet the 2018 faculty

Leslie Nipps
Leslie Nipps
The Rev. Leslie Nipps, MDiv, is the founder of Convivium Constellations, and is a Systemic Constellations and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and trainer in Oakland, CA, USA. With James Woeber, she directed the 2015 North American Systemic Constellations Conference in San Diego, CA, USA. She also presented at the 2011 and 2013 conferences. She was a founding board director of North American Systemic Constellations (NASC), and is a highlighted presenter at the conference in Virginia Beach in October, 2017. She is a workshop presenter at the Australasian Constellations Intensive in Sydney, Australia in March, 2018. She is a regular contributor to the professional journal of Constellations, The Knowing Field. She has also been an Episcopal minister for over twenty years.

She is committed to supporting increased mastery for students of Constellations, and for her entire career she has been passionate about how mentored practice supports personal and professional growth. She is also passionate about her adopted home, California, and is delighted to be organizing this intensive in a place that shares the best of the natural beauty of this region. More information about her, her trainings, and her nature photography, can be found at www.conviviumconstellations.com.

Sarah Peyton
Sarah Peyton
Sarah Peyton is an international facilitator and trainer of Family Constellations. Her specialty is the integration of resonant and precise language together with constellation experiences and an understanding of relational neuroscience in order to heal trauma and resolve blocks to human expression and creativity.

She is the author of the new book Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing, published by Norton Publishing in September, 2017. It is an experiential exploration of the world of relational neuroscience. She teaches and lectures internationally, is a regular contributor to The Knowing Field, was the author of a chapter for Stephan Hausner’s book Salutogene Aufstellungen (Healing Sentences), and is an annual guest speaker and teacher at the Bernried Intensive in Germany.

She and her students have developed the integration of representing the brain and the nervous system—in particular, emotions researcher Jaak Panksepp’s circuits—into constellation work. This innovative and powerful approach allows the disentanglement and mobilization of pathways of feeling and living that have been compromised and paralyzed by trauma.

Admin & Registrar

Peter Touchard
Peter Touchard
Peter Touchard’s main passion is to help people to recognize their inherent ability to create, change, grow and heal. He does this by helping his clients access the deeper parts of themselves, using Systemic Constellation work and Neuro-Linguistic Programing, and by sharing what he’s learned from indigenous wisdom traditions over his 7+ years of personal experience with those ways. By remembering our deeper connections to our inherent wisdom, we become more conscious agents of change in our own lives.

Peter is also a fan of logistics, organization and (of course) helping people, which is why he’s happy to be the registrar of the upcoming West Coast Intensive! He also volunteered with the 2015 North American Systemic Constellations Conference, which ignited his desire to help bring an awareness of this Constellation work out to the masses.

You can see more about Peter’s San Francisco-based practice via his website www.petertouchard.com.
